Editorial Policy
This page explains how articles on this site are researched, written and kept up to date, and how the site makes money.
Who writes the content
Every article is written and edited by Rictor. There are no guest posts and no ghost-written contributions from vendors.
How articles are researched
Prices, plan limits and feature claims are checked against each vendor’s own pricing page or documentation, and linked where it helps you verify them. Examples that describe a typical business are labeled as examples, not presented as case studies.
How AI is used
I use AI tools for research and first drafts. No article is published as raw AI output: each one is edited for accuracy, rewritten in my own words where needed, and checked before it goes live.
Updates and corrections
Software pricing changes constantly, so articles are reviewed and revised when prices or features change. If you spot something wrong or out of date, tell me and I’ll correct it, usually within a week.
Independence and money
This site does not sell links, sponsored posts or placements in its lists, and no vendor reviews an article before it is published. If affiliate links or ads are added in future, they will be disclosed on the page where they appear, and they will never change which tool an article recommends.
